2026학년도 2학기 신입생 및 신규 구성원 대상 S-CARD 수령·발급 방법을 안내하오니, 본인의 금융기능 S-CARD 사전 신청 여부와 희망 카드 유형에 따라 아래 내용을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

1. 입학 전 금융기능 S-CARD 신청자: 카드 수령

가. 관악캠퍼스
- 수령 기간: 2026. 9. 4.(금)~9. 11.(금)
- 수령 장소
· 인문대 등 대학(원) 소속 2026-2학기 신입생(공과대학 제외): 우리은행 서울대학교지점(신양학술정보관 인문대 4동)
· 공과대학 소속 2026-2학기 신입생: 우리은행 공대영업소(38동 지하 1층)

나. 연건캠퍼스
- 대상: 간호대학(대학원), 의과대학, 치의학대학원 소속 2026-2학기 신입생
- 수령 기간: 2026. 9. 7.(월)~9. 11.(금)
- 수령 장소: 우리은행 혜화동지점 ※ 우리은행 혜화동지점에서는 연건캠퍼스 소속 입학 전 신입생이 신청한 금융기능 S-CARD 수령만 가능합니다.

다. 평창캠퍼스
- 대상: 국제농업기술대학원 소속 2026-2학기 신입생
- 수령 시기: 2026년 9월 2주차부터
- 수령 장소: 국제농업기술대학원 행정실

라. 수령 시 유의사항
- 수령기간 내 카드를 찾아가지 못한 경우, 9. 14.(월)부터 해당 수령 장소에서 상시 수령 가능(다만, 수령 등록일 기준 익익월 7일 자동 폐기)
- 자택 수령 신청자는 9. 2.(수)부터 우리은행이 직접 발송하므로 방문 수령 불가
- 은행 영업시간: 평일 09:00~16:00(점심시간 등 혼잡시간 방문 자제)
- 금융기능 S-CARD 신청자가 카드 수령 전에 비금융 S-CARD를 발급받은 경우, 기존 금융카드의 ID 기능 사용 불가

2. 그 외 신입생 및 신규 구성원: S-CARD 발급 신청

가. 금융기능 S-CARD 사용 희망자
- 신청 시작일: 2026. 9. 14.(월)
- 신청 장소: 우리은행 서울대학교지점(신양학술정보관 인문대 4동)

나. 비금융 S-CARD 사용 희망자
- 신청 시작일: 2026. 9. 1.(화) 오후부터 신청 권장 ※ 신규 구성원 인적정보 연동이 9. 1.(화) 오전에 진행되므로, 원활한 발급을 위해 당일 오후부터 방문 또는 온라인 신청하시기 바랍니다.
- 신청 방법: 학생지원센터 방문 신청: 신분증 지참 후 67동 201호 방문 또는 mySNU 포털 온라인 신청(신청 다음 날부터 수령 가능)
 > 온라인 신청 경로 ※ 연건캠퍼스 구성원은 온라인 신청 후 최종 수령까지 최대 7일 소요될 수 있습니다.
   · 학생: mySNU 포털 → 캠퍼스·복지 → S-CARD(학생증) → S-CARD 분실 신고
   · 교직원: mySNU 포털 → 생활지원 → S-CARD(교직원증) → S-CARD 분실 신고

3. 모바일 S-CARD 이용 유의사항

학기 초 카드형 S-CARD 발급 지연 완화를 위해 모바일 S-CARD 우선 사용을 안내하고 있습니다.
다만, 모바일 S-CARD는 최초 생성 시점부터 1개월 이내 카드형 S-CARD(금융 또는 비금융)를 발급받아야 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
학기 초 모바일 S-CARD 이용자는 기한 내 카드형 S-CARD를 반드시 발급받으시기 바랍니다.

This notice provides information on the collection and issuance of S-CARDs for new students and other newly affiliated members for the Fall Semester of 2026. Please follow the applicable procedure according to whether you applied in advance for an S-CARD with financial functions and the type of card you wish to use.

1. Collection of S-CARDs for Students Who Applied in Advance for an S-CARD with Financial Functions

A. Gwanak Campus

• Collection period: September 4 (Fri.) to September 11 (Fri.), 2026
• Collection locations
  · Students of colleges and graduate schools other than the College of Engineering: Woori Bank, Seoul National University Branch (Humanities Building 4, Sinyang Academic Information Center)
  · Students of the College of Engineering: Woori Bank, College of Engineering Branch (B1, Building 38)

B. Yeongeon Campus

• Eligible members: Students of the College of Nursing (Graduate School), College of Medicine, and Graduate School of Dentistry
• Collection period: September 7 (Mon.) to September 11 (Fri.), 2026
• Collection location: Woori Bank, Hyehwa-dong Branch

※ The Woori Bank Hyehwa-dong Branch is available only for the collection of S-CARDs with financial functions that were applied for in advance by students affiliated with the Yeongeon Campus.

C. Pyeongchang Campus

• Eligible members: Students of the Graduate School of International Agricultural Technology
• Collection period: From the second week of September 2026
• Collection location: Administrative Office of the Graduate School of International Agricultural Technology

D. Important Notes on Collection

• Cards not collected during the designated period may be collected from the relevant location from September 14 (Mon.), 2026.
  · Please note that uncollected cards will be automatically discarded on the 7th day of the second month following their registration for collection.
• Cards requested for delivery to a home address will be sent directly by Woori Bank from September 2 (Wed.), 2026, and cannot be collected in person.
• Bank business hours are 09:00–16:00 on weekdays. Please avoid peak periods, including lunchtime, where possible.
• If an applicant for an S-CARD with financial functions receives a non-financial S-CARD before collecting the financial S-CARD, the ID function of the financial S-CARD will not be available.

2. S-CARD Applications for Other New Students and Newly Affiliated Members

A. Applicants for an S-CARD with Financial Functions

• Application available from: September 14 (Mon.), 2026
• Application location: Woori Bank, Seoul National University Branch
  (Humanities Building 4, Sinyang Academic Information Center)

B. Applicants for a Non-financial S-CARD

• Application available from: the afternoon of September 1 (Tue.), 2026
• Application methods
  · In-person application: Visit the Student Support Center (Room 201, Building 67) with a valid ID.
  · Online application via the mySNU Portal: Collection is available from the following day.
• Online application path
  · Students: mySNU Portal → Campus Life & Welfare → S-CARD (Student ID) → Report Lost S-CARD
  · Faculty and staff: mySNU Portal → Living Support → S-CARD (Staff ID) → Report Lost S-CARD

※ Personal information for new members will be synchronized on the morning of September 1 (Tue.). To ensure smooth processing, applicants are strongly advised to apply in person or online from the afternoon of that day.
※ For Yeongeon Campus members, collection may take up to seven days after an online application.
※ Please note that the online S-CARD application service on the mySNU Portal is currently available in Korean only.

3. Important Notice on Mobile S-CARD Use

To help reduce delays in issuing physical S-CARDs at the beginning of the semester, eligible members are advised to use the Mobile S-CARD first.

However, the Mobile S-CARD will remain active only if a physical S-CARD, either with or without financial functions, is issued within one month of its initial activation. Mobile S-CARD users must obtain a physical S-CARD within this period to continue using the service.
